Website work

Added Colorblind Web Page Filter to my PSRL (artlinks).
Added Tutorial Tomb to PSRL (tutorials effects).
Added Photoshopchop to PSRL (linkslists).
Added BeautPhotos to PSRL (stock photos).

And I spent another half hour trying to get "grafikhaus" to remove my work from his site. (edited... the work has been removed.)

Woo hoo! Blogger's working again! It's a lovely sunny day again today, but they are predicting "pop up" thunderstorms. I can deal with that, as long as they don't pop up tonight while we're at Zoobilation!

Zoobilation is a huge formal benefit for the Indianapolis Zoo. They set up food booths for all the best restaurants. All food and drink is free. Several bandstands are set up throughout the zoo, and they have bands of different genres. I like the part that it's formal. Guys are all in tuxedos and the women (only over 21 are allowed) are all in glitz and glamor.

I am losing some weight, but I didn't start soon enough for Zoobilation this year. I also didn't get out to go dress shopping. Soo... you're going to see a familiar dress for this year's pictures. At least it's clean. ;) Maybe I'll Photoshop a different design onto it.

Rainy day

It's a rainy-day today. We're getting storms and it's pouring right now, lightning and thundering. Here's a pic that I just shot of our "forest primeval."

One of my students posted this link for a Colorblind Web Page Filter. I found that it was quite cool to see what my site looks like to colorblind folks.

Well.. this is what happens when I put it away and come back to it. Now it's sunny! LOL the birds are singing as if nothing had happened.

I'm working on my Fix Your Photos class. Lesson 1 is officially finished! YAY! That one is always the toughest to coax out of my fingertips.

Argh.. now Blogger isn't wanting to work.

Fix Your Photos class

Here I am! Notice the cool date today: 06/06/06!

Things are going well. I'm progressing with my new class, Fix your Photos in Photoshop. While I'm still writing Lesson 1, I am working from a good well-considered and workable outline, so ... it goes well. Lesson 1 is always the hardest to write, because I'm developing my pace and style for the class.

One cool thing about writing these classes is that I learn so much! I know, I know.. I'm an Adobe Certified Expert in Photoshop, so I should already know it all, right? It doesn't quite work that way. We develop our own shortcuts and techniques, and don't always take the time to learn all the various routes to the destination. This gives me a chance to explore lots of routes!

I've gone through my email, getting my Inbox cleared down to 40 emails. So if I owe you an email, you can imagine that yours is one of those 40, waiting to be answered! ;)
